**Job Title**: Executive - Internal Auditor (Manufacturing Sector)
**Location**: Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore, Karnataka
**Experience**: 2-4 Years
**Educational Qualification**: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting internal audits for financial and operational processes in a manufacturing setup.
- Support the evaluation and improvement of internal controls and help identify areas of risk.
- Help review existing systems, procedures, and business processes.
- Participate in the creation and execution of audit plans and checklists.
- Assist in root cause analysis and work with departments to resolve audit issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory guidelines, and standard procedures.
- Draft clear and concise audit observations and assist in preparing audit reports.
- Follow up with departments for implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain audit documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of audit functions.
- 2-4 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing techniques.
- Good data analysis and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism are a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
