We are looking for an experienced advertising professional who is knowledgeable and passionate about app marketing and e-commerce sales. You will join a dynamic environment and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to market the Saga Fiction app and increase product sales & visibility for the app and their books.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share.
- Research and suggest on how to improve the customer experience within the app that helps drive growth and visibility.
- Strategize and implement marketing and sales plans
- Strategize and implement digital advertising plans over varied advertisement platforms
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies in the market.
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

**Requirements and skills**:

- 3 to 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing
- Able to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate to executive management
- Working understanding of ad strategy for digital advertising portals such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing and advertisement strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Marketing and sales education and experience preferred
- Passion for reading and knowledge of the book world preferred
- Based in Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
