We are a successful and growing produce company looking to hire a Produce Broker. This position requires extensive experience in the industry and is a great opportunity for a qualified and highly motivated individual.

Compensation/Salary:
Competitive salary

Responsibilities & Duties:

- New business development
- Maintaining customer base
- Handling procurement from growers
- Management of logistics and transportation
- Sales to wholesale and/or retail customers

**Skills**:

- Excellent follow-through skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years experience in produce brokering
- Experience selling fresh produce preferred
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work remotely or from home office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
