**Position:

- Account Executive - Female**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive **( Female )** to assist our Account team in finance and operational tasks. You will be resourceful, highly organized and self-motivated to put processes in place.

**Hiring for Accounts Executive ( Female ) at Noida sector 8**

**Experience - Manufacturing industry accounting required.**
- Perform supplier reconciliation
- Maintain the general ledge
- Debtors & Creditors management.
- Preparation of various types of MIS reports
- Perform bank transfers like RTGS, NEFT and outward remittances.
- Ensure Vendor and credit card reconciliation
- for all Ledger Accounts
- Helping to the senior officer and CA at the time of audit.
- Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.
- Preparation of Overall Creditors & Debtors Ageing Report related to Hotels, Air, Train and Admin vendors based on Books.
- Downloading of bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.
- Record banking transactions.
- Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (Sales, Products & Contracting, Operations) and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

**Day shift job**

**Monday to Saturday working**

**Sunday holiday**

**Salary: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month**

**Education**:
**- Bachelor's (preferred)**

**Experience**:
