**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students on our test preparation courses and guide them in selecting the right course based on their requirements and goals.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication to ensure that they are engaged and informed about the courses.
- Organise and participate in events such as seminars and webinars to promote our courses.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the test preparation industry and provide inputs to improve our course offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in education or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in pre-sales or student counselling in the education industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Knowledge of GMAT, GRE, SAT, and IELTS exams and test preparation courses.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
