IMMEDIATE HIRING:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service.
The job responsibilities of a Telecaller include:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products and services and attempting to close sales.
- Responding to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.
- Providing excellent customer service, gathering customer information, and solving customer issues.
- Updating customer records and tracking customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Documenting customer calls and associated information.
- Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of products and services.
- Meeting established call volume and performance goals as set by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
