We are hiring **Receptionist** is the first point of contact for guests and plays a vital role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience. The receptionist is responsible for handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Services**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Offer information about hotel services, room rates, packages, and local attractions.

**Front Desk Operations**:

- Make and confirm room reservations using the hotel’s booking system.
- Maintain guest records and update the reservation database accurately.

**Billing and Payments**:

- Process payments and issue invoices, receipts, and refunds.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Balance the cash drawer and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and distribute keys/key cards, welcome packages, and room assignments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or PMS systems).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or challenging situations.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
