We come up with an excellent opportunity for the position of **Conference Producer **at **Marol, Andheri location.**
**Need excellent English Communication.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting Research with a target market to develop an innovative Conference Agenda.
- Research the market and aboard high-caliber speakers for the conferences from relevant organizations.
- Maintain the number of leads generated, the number of clients reached out to, and the number of responses from database outreach.
- Liaise with representatives and speakers from sponsoring companies.
- Work closely with the other involved departments for speaker details (speaker photos, biographies, session topics, descriptions, and company logos)
- Provide support and timely information to speakers leading up to the conference.
- Liaise with the event management team on venue requirements, speaker onsite requirements and other logístical needs.
- Manage the onsite experience for speakers and attendees on the day of the conference.
- Ensure existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and utilizing feedback.
- Basic understanding of computer program (MS Office and Google Research Tools Mandatory)
- Passionate, self-motivated and business minded, with strong business acumen.
- Interpersonal relationship management and networking skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Dependable - takes responsibility for own actions, keeps commitments.
