**Job description**
- We are a US-Based logistics company with over 7 years in Trucking Business. We are hiring an experienced freight broker Agent with very competitive pay and commission. With our top leading technology, we provide the best customer services to our clients, and providing the best customer service to our clients as well as keeping a good work environment._

**JOB Responsibilities**:

- Booking Orders with carriers.
- Answering or making calls to clients
- Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
- Providing customers with shipping quotes.
- Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
- Assisting to prepare carriers for loads.
- Track and Trace status of loads.
- Collaborating with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.
- Keeping accurate records of relevant activities.
- Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.
- Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in transportation marketplace.

**JOB Requirements**:

- 1+ years of work experience
- Negotiating skills.
- Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written.
- Graduation, or suitable equivalent.
- Established book of business preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- MUST HAVE FREIGHT BROKER EXPERIENCE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
