The Visa Counsellor is responsible for providing customers with counsel and advice regarding visas and the necessary administrative work involved with obtaining and renewing visas. This position will manage a high-volume caseload and requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive visa counseling services for customers.
- Monitor the proper implementation of visa policies and regulations.
- Monitor customer feedback and offer additional support as needed.
- Stay up to date on changes in legislation and policies for all visa processing procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective client relations and coordinate customer service initiatives.
- Keep records of customer activities and communications.
- Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
