**Outbound calling**: Initiate calls to prospective customers from lead lists to generate interest in new vehicle purchases, service appointments, or promotional offers.
- **Product knowledge dissemination**: Clearly explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available packages to potential customers.
- **Lead qualification**: Identify qualified leads based on customer needs and buying intentions.
- **Customer service**: Address customer queries regarding vehicle maintenance, warranty, parts, and service schedules.
- **Appointment setting**: Schedule test drives, service appointments, and dealership visits.
- **Sales support**: Collaborate with sales team to follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.
- **Data management**: Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system, including call logs and follow-up actions.
- **Campaign management**: Execute telemarketing campaigns based on sales targets and promotional strategies.
- **Objection handling**: Address customer concerns and overcome objections to close deals.
Required skills:
- **Excellent communication skills**: Clear, articulate, and persuasive communication to engage customers on the phone.
- **Product knowledge**: Deep understanding of automobile models, features, options, and pricing.
- **Sales acumen**: Ability to identify customer needs, tailor presentations, and close sales.
- **Customer service orientation**: Patience and empathy to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- **CRM proficiency**: Familiarity with customer relationship management software to manage call logs and customer data.
- **Time management**: Efficiently manage a high volume of calls and meet daily sales targets.
