**Job Role - Interfacing Executive**

**Skills** - Strong Communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide service and customers offline and online
- Follow discussed schedule and execute accordingly.
- Manage all on-site and online installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and resolve them with a guided approach.
- Follow regular reporting to a manager.
- Document processes.
- Ready to work in a flexible shift.
- Customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
