**Job Description**:

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in design and implementation (e.g., coding, testing, debugging)experience.
- Experience managing a team of around 5-6 UI/UX designers. Ability to communicate with different departments.
- Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives
- Stay up to date with competitor products, their features, and industry trends in order to incorporate them into the design process
- Leading regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest of better user experience and creative user interfaces
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities
- Conduct user interviews and UX research by helping recruit participants, run research, and report on all aspects of customer feedback. This user research is not limited to concept testing, usability testing, psychographic analysis, and customer/user feedback
- Perform UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis
- Relentlessly simplify and distil complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI. Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications
- Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Follow up for the performance of the executed designs based on conversion rate and user heat maps

Technical Skills:

- HTML + UI/UX expertise
- Excellent coding skills in JavaScript/jQuery and Bootstrap, having knowledge of React and Node JS
- Experience working with REST APIs and container (docker) based systems
- Experience with mobile and/or web-based design
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, InVision, Adobe CC, etc.)
- High knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good time-management skills and strong communication skills to collaborate with various Stakeholders

**Education**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Certification:

- Expert UX/UI Design Certification is a must

Major Skillset:

- Angular 2+, React, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS3, LESS, and HTML5, Strong Object Oriented JavaScript and debugging
