Assistant Professor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate nursing courses with a focus on Community Health Nursing.
- Guide and mentor students in both theoretical and practical aspects.
- Engage in academic research, publications, and professional development activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and institutional committees.
- Collaborate with healthcare and community organizations for outreach programs.

**Qualifications**:

- M.Sc. in Nursing with a specialization in Community Health Nursing (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory).
- Registration with State Nursing Council.
- Relevant teaching and/or clinical experience.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to student learning and professional ethics.
- Ability to integrate technology in teaching.
