**Role Overview**

The Project Estimator & Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and technical drawings for facade, glazing, aluminium doors, and window projects. This role requires a combination of estimation expertise and AutoCAD drafting skills to ensure project proposals are both technically sound and commercially viable.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Study architectural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications to understand scope.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for facade, glazing, aluminium doors & window works.
- Develop AutoCAD 2D drawings for shop drawings, fabrication details, and project proposals.
- Prepare Excel-based costing sheets, BOQs, and comparative statements.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and forecasting.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong knowledge of Facade, Glazing, Aluminium Doors & Windows systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists).
- Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, costing sheets, BOQs).
- Knowledge of market rates and vendors in facade & glazing industry.
- Analytical & mathematical ability for cost estimation

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture or related field.
- 3-7 years experience in estimation & drafting in Facade / Glazing / Aluminium systems.
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D, BOQ preparation, estimation, and tendering.
