Inhouse Artist

**Job Summary**

We are looking for fine artists to join our team and wear multiple hats - of art teacher, facilitator, innovator, art-researcher, and course-developer to research, design and teach our existing and new art courses, trainings & workshops.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Carry out in-depth research for trending new art forms & identify target audience’s training needs.
- Create lesson plans for art courses & trainings, and plans for art workshops.
- Create supporting material / media (audio, video, etc).
- Revamp existing courses, trainings & workshops based upon feedback received from participants, in conjunction with the operations team.
- Creating art works for sale online.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous working experience as an art teacher / fine artist is preferred.
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
- BFA / Art Teacher Diploma.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
