As a Back Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of ongoing construction projects, managing company logistics, and handling essential accounts-related tasks. Back office assistants provide reliable, and timely support to the front office team, management and other employees. They perform back-end tasks like filing paperwork, presenting important information to senior executives, overseeing office processes, answering employee questions, and liaising with vendors and suppliers. Administrative skills like organisation, attention to detail, multitasking, time management, problem-solving, and office coordination help you complete various responsibilities efficiently and accurately.

Computer literacy:
Organisational skills:
Back office executives manage, store, organise and retrieve internal office documents to aid various business processes. Besides official documents, they also store, and order office stationery, including staples, printing paper, ink, folders and writing supplies.

Multitasking and time management:
Back office administrators handle multiple tasks simultaneously. While some of their daily duties are pre-assigned, they often receive unscheduled tasks. Strong time management skills can help you complete all your tasks without feeling overwhelmed. In addition, being flexible and embracing a changing schedule can help you maximise productivity.

Fluent in English with good Verbal and written communication skills

- 10,000-12,000 INR based on Expertise and Experience
