**Job Description: Housekeeping Supervisor**

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other assigned areas for quality control.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to improve performance and service delivery.
- Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor staff attendance and productivity.
- Maintain and manage housekeeping inventory including linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Address and resolve guest, resident, or staff complaints promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with other departments such as maintenance and front office for smooth operations.
- Keep accurate records of housekeeping activities, inspections, and staff rosters.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or related role in companies, hotels, hospitals, or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, safety procedures, and housekeeping equipment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a housekeeping team effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school / diploma/ Any degree

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
