**Job Description: Sales Coordinator cum Tender Executive**

**Position**: Sales Coordinator cum Tender Executive
**Location**: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
**Shift Timing**: Day Shift (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the entire process of government tenders, including identification, submission, and follow-up.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tender documents in compliance with requirements.
- Maintain a database of tender submissions and monitor deadlines.

**Sales Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documents as per client requirements.
- Track and maintain records of sales inquiries, orders, and deliveries.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless operations.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding inquiries, updates, and follow-ups.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**: Graduate (minimum qualification).

**Experience**:

- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience with government tenders is **mandatory**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of tender portals and processes.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
