We are seeking a skilled **Server Administrator** with experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure, virtualization, backup solutions, and server troubleshooting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Windows Server Support**: Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
- **Linux Server Support**: Troubleshoot and maintain Linux-based servers (CentOS, Ubuntu).
- **Virtualization**: Strong understanding of server, storage, and network virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
- **Active Directory**: Manage AD groups, users, computers, and AD schema.
- **Server Deployment**: Deploy and load new servers based on organizational needs.
- **Backup & Disaster Recovery**: Implement and manage backup systems, including disk, tape, and cloud backups.
- **System Monitoring**: Monitor server health, tune systems for optimum performance, and create health check reports.
- **Maintenance**: Conduct regular hardware and software maintenance for enterprise servers.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of server admin processes and configurations.
- **Network & Security**: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network topologies, and security practices.

Pay: ₹24,860.86 - ₹40,061.41 per month
