**Responsibilities**
- Lead the editing of video projects from ingestion of raw footage to final deliverables, while collaborating with creative and marketing teams throughout the process (from concept to completed video)
- Video projects may include:
○ Branding videos, educational videos, case studies, explainer videos

○ Campaign video content and ads (:15/:30 ad spots)

○ Executive video and other ad hoc internal video projects

○ Video editing and motion graphics for new and existing content series; i.e. for our get smart with mediasmart initiative interviews

○ Event video backdrops for large screens, booths, etc.

○ Social media and post-event promotional work

○ Highlight reels, testimonial clips, fun and engaging teaser videos for both internal and external campaigns and events.
- Provide creative input on initial scripts and throughout post-production
- Be able to mix broadcast and online videos into creative short-form social videos
- Post-Production: color grading, sound design and mixing etc
- Responsible for delivering the final product to the required specifications
- Be able to provide with creatives and imagery for social media, website, blog posts
- Be involved in any design & re-design project from branding, to website, to documentation etc
- Maintain proper file structure and project documentation to allow for potential future edits/adaptations
- Own any other relevant duties/responsibilities assigned by manager.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone:

- 0-2 years of experience and/or training and is highly skilled in digital editing systems.
- Who is very hands-on, a self-starter and goal-oriented, able to work without supervision. With a passion for video edition and graphic design.
- Who has the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and to adapt quickly to changes.
- Who is organized, methodical and logical, with phenomenal communication skills.
- Who has a diligent work ethic and is able to adapt to different cultures.
- Who has a highly skilled motion graphics ability, with a proven track record and portfolio of work to demonstrate it.
- Who has a working ability in Adobe Creative Suite Software.
- Who has competence in video editing systems including, but not limited to After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut, Animate and related plug-ins and enhancement packages.
- Who has experience with video production and production of creative assets.
- Who has passion for great work, the process and the strategies which drive it.
- Who has the ability to tell compelling stories and narratives in edit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,576.52 - ₹30,841.24 per month
