**Job Title**: Western Vocal Music Trainer

**Role**: Teaching Staff
**Location**: Vapi, Gujarat
**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 2-3 years
**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time (Both)

This role is ideal for someone passionate about music education and dedicated to nurturing vocal talent with a focus on technique, expression, and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group classes in Western vocal music.
- Teach vocal techniques, pitch, breath control, rhythm, and performance skills.
- Design lesson plans tailored to different student levels (beginner to advanced).
- Prepare students for school events, competitions, exams (e.g., Trinity College, ABRSM), and live performances.
- Encourage creativity and confidence through music.
- Maintain student progress records and provide feedback to parents when needed.
- Stay updated with trends in Western music and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music (Western Vocal preferred) or equivalent diploma.
- 2-3 years of teaching experience in Western vocals.
- Strong command over genres such as Pop, Jazz, Rock, Classical, etc.
- Ability to play a musical instrument (like keyboard or guitar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and classroom management.
- Passion for teaching and working with children and young adults.
