**Key Responsibilities**:
Data Management and Reporting:
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various departments.

Prepare and deliver MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases for management.

Automate report generation processes using tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI.

System Maintenance:
Maintain and troubleshoot MIS systems and ensure data accuracy.

Support system upgrades and migrations in collaboration with the IT team.

Coordination:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and timely reporting.

Provide support for data requests from various stakeholders.

Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvements.

Develop dashboards and visualization tools to present data effectively.

Compliance and Security:
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Manage access controls and permissions for MIS tools and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and database management (SQL).

Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.

Good understanding of business processes and data management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,839.54 - ₹23,000.00 per month
