Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Provide user support and training to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions as necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their ERP-related needs and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in data migration, system upgrades, and implementation of new modules.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
- Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements and updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 6 months of experience as an ERP Administrator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of database management and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,158.67 per month
