Job Description: Operations Executive at ELECTROGLOBAL

Position Overview:
As an Operations Executive at ELECTROGLOBAL, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our company's day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to optimize operational processes. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to streamline workflows to achieve organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Operational Efficiency: Analyze and assess existing operational processes across various departments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, allocating resources, and communicating project progress to relevant stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the effectiveness of operational processes. Regularly analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, manage relationships, and maintain quality standards for products and services.

Inventory Control: Maintain an accurate record of inventory levels, track stock movements, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet demand.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

Team Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various teams, fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve operational objectives.

Process Documentation: Create and update comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize operational expenses without compromising quality and efficiency.

Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks in operations and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, ideally within the technology or electronics industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,113.17 per month
