**Key Responsibilities**:
Front Desk role involving patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, cash handling and customer service.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Schedule patient appointments based on doctor availability.
Maintain and update patient records using hospital management software.
Respond to general inquiries and guide visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mail and deliveries.
Handle billing, invoice and payment processing.
Coordinate with insurance representatives to Verify insurance details and collect necessary documents.
Prioritize emergency admission procedures.
Be flexible and available to support other departments in case of staff absence or operational needs.
Be prepared to extend working hours during peak hours or emergency admissions.
**Additional Requirements**:
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work as per hospital requirements.
1-5 years of experience in a similar role(Front desk or Receptionist) in Hospital Sector
Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
