Job Role:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management and Conversion**:
- Follow up on leads from various sources and nurture them into sales.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ requirements and suggest properties that match their needs.
- Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Present property details effectively using brochures, videos, and virtual tours.
- Conduct property presentations and explain features and benefits to clients.
- **Documentation and Coordination**:
- Assist clients with the booking process and ensure timely completion of all paperwork.
- Coordinate with the legal, finance, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay updated with current market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights to the management team regarding customer feedback and market dynamics.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- Inhouse Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
