Job Description:

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of powder coating workers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of powder coating processes.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of the finished products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for powder coating processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Train and mentor powder coating workers on safe and effective powder coating techniques, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Manage inventory of powder coating materials, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that they are properly maintained and stored.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and shipping, to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during powder coating processes, including equipment malfunctions, product defects, and quality control problems.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of powder coating workers through regular feedback and coaching, and identify areas for skills development or training.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards related to powder coating processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in powder coating or related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment, as well as safety procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
