1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients.
- Provide updates on case status (where appropriate and authorized by legal staff).
- Handle follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and clarify next steps.

2. Scheduling & Coordination
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments with lawyers.
- Coordinate between legal teams and clients to ensure timely communication.
- Help manage lawyers’ calendars for meetings, court appearances, and client consultations

3. Information Handling
- Ensure accurate intake of client details during the initial consultation phase.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics in handling sensitive legal information.
- Relay non-legal information between clients and legal staff

4. Service Support
- Explain firm procedures and fee structures to clients (within guidelines).
- Guide clients on required documentation for various legal services.
- Support in client onboarding and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
