Shooting adrenaline and steaming caffeine welcomes you into the work desk of Aertsen Living._ **_ Responsibilities:_**- Initiate contact with potential clients._- Gather detailed requirements to understand their vision and needs._- Create compelling design proposals._- Develop mood boards and single-line drawings to illustrate concepts._- Provide a tentative quotation for the proposed designs._- Extend invitations to clients to visit the Experience Center._- Showcase Aertsen Livings products and designs, ensuring an immersive experience._- Utilize design skills to provide rational and effective solutions._- Address and align design proposals with clients unique requirements._- Build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline._- Prioritize and track potential clients through the various stages of the sales process._- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients._- Understand evolving client preferences and design preferences.Proposal Sharing:_- Share design proposals with clients in a clear and engaging manner._- Address any queries or concerns, ensuring client satisfaction._- Negotiate terms and conditions effectively._- Strive for a win-win situation that aligns with both Aertsen Living and the clients interests._- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for clients._- Foster and maintain a positive atmosphere during interactions with clients._- Uphold the brand image and ethos of Aertsen Living in all client interactions_ **Requirements**: - Must Haves :_ - _ Hold a Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design (B.Des)._ - _ Possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in Residential Interior Design._ - _ Have at least one year of experience in client interactions and client management._ - _ Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm to learn and adapt._ - _ A confident and compelling tone of communication.
