Monitor and identify microorganisms.
Track microorganisms in a range of environments.
Monitor and assess samples from a range of sources (RM, Bulk, Finished Goods).
Follow regular sampling schedules within a specific environment.
Use a variety of identification methods, including molecular techniques, to test samples.
Plan, implement and evaluate new products launch.
Collect samples from different types of products range.
Grow microbial cultures.
Manage and oversee laboratory work.
Isolate and make cultures of bacteria or other microorganisms in prescribed media, controlling moisture, aeration, temperature, and nutrition.
Perform tests on water, cosmetics and the environment to detect harmful microorganisms.
Prepare technical reports and recommendations.
Collecting samples from a variety of locations.
Record, analyze and interpret data.
Ensure data is recorded accurately in accordance with guidelines & internal SOPs
Remain up to date with scientific and research developments.
Validate microbiological methods.
