We are looking for a **Telecaller** to join our team and help us connect with customers over the phone. As a telecaller, your main role will be to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers, inform them about our products or services, answer questions, and generate leads or close sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain products or services in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain records of calls and customer responses.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for updates and feedback.

Pay: ₹9,123.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
