**About Us**:
Zealth-AI is an early-stage AI startup backed by top-tier investors like Y Combinator and Harvard Management Company, among others. We have a new initiative to empower life science students to navigate the path to successful non-clinical careers by equipping them with the practical skills, industry insights, and mentorship they need to thrive.

**About the Role**:
Your main responsibility will be to analyze what’s working for similar pages and create compelling content ideas and scripts that can drive growth and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Research & Trends**: Research competitor pages and track Instagram trends to identify engaging content ideas.
- **Content Ideation & Scripting**: Brainstorm and draft short-form content (reels, carousels, posts) on AI, healthcare, and entrepreneurship.
- **Content Planning**: Assist in organizing a monthly content calendar with diverse content formats.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Keep an eye on viral trends and suggest new content ideas based on audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content ideation, social media strategy, or Instagram management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and content strategies.
- Skilled at scripting short-form videos and simplifying complex topics.
- Interest in AI, healthcare, life sciences, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics to understand what’s working (optional but a bonus).

**What You DON’T Need to Do**:

- No community management (replying to DMs/comments).
- No performance tracking or reporting.
- No post-scheduling or manual posting.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
