**Responsibilities**:

- Defining and implementing ISMS policies at HCCI.
- Design, develop and implement a cyber security strategy for HCCI.
- Drive the ISO 27001 initiative, get the certification and maintain it.
- Work closely with colleagues from the cyber security teams to constantly improve the security posture of HCCI.
- Identify and manage the risk register all the teams of HCCI.
- Enable a culture of Information Security awareness across HCCI.
- Monitoring and advising the business on potential weaknesses.
- Assessing existing security controls to identify gaps and provide remediation recommendations.
- Liaising with external vendors and contractors to ensure projects are delivered to time, quality and budget constraints.
- Supporting Security Awareness Program delivery.
- Responding to security related questions from across the business.

**Must-Have**:

- A minimum of 8 years experience within a managerial cyber security function.
- Implemented & Sustenance of ISO 27001 in an organization, as the head of ISMS.
- Expert experience in vulnerability management.
- Experience with managing a SOC/CSIRT.
- Working knowledge of privacy principles (i.e. GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA etc.).
- Proven project delivery skills (i.e. defining scope, project plan and schedule, constraints, risks and managing control) and working with diverse teams.
- Foundation level security course from ISC2, GIAC, EC-Council, ISACA or equivalent.
- Good experience of Microsoft M365 E5 suite.
- Ability to execute Risk Assessment and update Risk Assessment Methodology as per need of the organization.
- Ability to update policy/procedure framework.
- Ability to deliver training/ awareness to end users.
- Ability to clarify queries of business function/ department.
- Ability to prepare reports, provide status reports.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Succinct oral and written communication skills as it relates to presenting and relaying information to various audiences.
- Ability to work as part of distributed teams as well as on individual projects.
- Proven track record in enterprise security implementations.
- Strong desire for continuous learning.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with Darktrace.
- CISSP/CISM/CISA/CRISC would be advantageous or evidence to show actively working towards these.
- At least 1 year Implementation of BCMS & Data Privacy.
- Experience of working closely with senior leadership positions.
- Experience of working in an international technology organization.
- Broad knowledge of security vendor landscape.
