Showroom Sales Advisor

**Job Overview**:
The Sales Advisor/CS is responsible for providing high-level customer service, achieving personal and team sales targets, and assisting in the training and development of junior sales staff. They will play a key role in maintaining the store's luxury standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**:
- Provide personalized shopping experiences, especially to VIP and high-value customers.
- Address complex customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
2. **Sales**:
- Consistently achieve or exceed personal sales targets. (as per AOP)
- Mentor junior sales staff in effective sales techniques.
- Support the store in achieving overall sales targets.
3. **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and industry trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and participate in special events.
- Share product insights and feedback with the management team.
4. **Store Presentation**:
- Ensure the store's presentation aligns with luxury brand standards.
- Assist in creating and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
- Monitor store cleanliness and organization.
5. **Team Leadership**:
- Assist in training and developing junior sales staff.
- Lead by example in customer service and sales performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to team members.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Passion for luxury brands and a keen sense of style with an eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English language.
- Degree from a good college is preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
