Junior Accounts Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conducting account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and filing tax returns and other compliance-related documents
- Analyzing financial data and providing insights and recommendations to management
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 2.5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
