**About Outerworld**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Retail Design**:

- Design and develop 3D retail store layouts, displays, and fixtures that enhance customer experience and align with the brand’s vision.
- Work closely with the retail team to understand project goals and transform them into visually compelling and functional retail environments.
- Collaborate with architects and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements in physical spaces.
- Create detailed renderings and prototypes using 3D design software to present concepts to clients or stakeholders.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design eye-catching graphics for digital, print, and social media, including but not limited to marketing materials, brochures, advertisements, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visuals that align with branding guidelines and enhance the company’s messaging.
- Develop graphics for both online and offline campaigns, ensuring consistency in design across various platforms.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Use 3D design software such as Rhino, SketchUp, or AutoCAD to create detailed, accurate, and innovative retail layouts and designs.
- Work with graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality graphics and visuals.
- Utilize rendering software (V-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar) to produce photorealistic visualizations of design concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and software advancements in both 3D and graphic design fields.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in 3D retail design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both areas of expertise.
- Previous experience working on retail store designs, including layout, fixture design, and customer experience optimization, is a plus.
- Strong background in creating graphic designs for digital and print media.
- **Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of rendering and visualization software (e.g., V-Ray, Twinmotion, Lumion).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Additional certifications in 3D modeling or design software are a plus.
