**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on WebdriverIO, Mocha Framework, JDK, Node.js, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
- Customize training programs to meet the needs of individuals or corporate teams.
- **Content Development**:

- Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assignments.
- Create real-world scenarios and projects for learners to gain practical experience.
- **Mentorship**:

- Provide one-on-one or group mentoring to learners, addressing technical challenges and doubts.
- Assess the progress of learners through regular assignments, tests, and feedback.
- **Technology Expertise**:

- Stay updated with the latest features, tools, and best practices in WebdriverIO, Mocha, JDK, Node.js, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
- Share insights and tips to enhance learners' productivity and technical understanding.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with other trainers, developers, and industry professionals to align training modules with market requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports on training outcomes and learner progress.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 4+ years in training and hands-on development with**:WebdriverIO**, **Mocha Framework** **, Node.js** **, JDK** **, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps** for CI/CD pipelines and project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for varied learner groups.
- Familiarity with training tools and online learning platforms is a plus.
- Certification in relevant technologies or training is preferred.
