**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Management**: Develop and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to attract and retain target audiences.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies based on data insights to optimize ROI.
- **SEO & SEM Optimization**: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute social media marketing plans to increase brand presence and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and collaboration.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns and adapt to changing digital trends.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Certifications**: Certifications in digital marketing or related areas (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in digital marketing roles, particularly in SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
