**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Graphic Design**
- Create branded assets consistent with the company’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate messaging into visuals.
- Assist in developing packaging, signage, and print designs when required.

**Video Editing**
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality video content for digital platforms.
- Add motion graphics, captions, music, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
- Produce promotional videos, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes, product showcases, etc.
- Compress and format videos for different channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
- Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and motion.
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific content formats.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- UI/UX or animation experience (optional but valuable).
- Degree or diploma in Design, Media, Communication, or related field.

**Work Environment**:

- Hybrid or on-site work depending on company policy.
- May include occasional travel or weekend work for shoots/events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
