**Job Role: AR Caller - Physician Billing / Hospital Billing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End process handling of **Denial Management** for hospital and physician billing.
- Review, analyze, and work on denials from insurance carriers.
- Complete and submit claims accurately, adhering to **CMS and third-party Payer Guidelines**.
- Ensure proper follow-up and resolution of outstanding AR.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in **Night Shifts**.
- Must be open to **Work from Office**.
- Must be a Graduate in any stream
- Fresher or 0-1 year experience in AR calling preferred.
- **Immediate joiners** will be given preference.
