**URGENT REQUIREMENT OF ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- You will be responsible for:

- Managing various aspects:

- HR Operations including Recruitment and

Academic counseling (Manage All Admission)
- Managing employee benefits.
- Working closely with finance and/or Management Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
- Able to generate leads and grow the same month on month with a high
- quality hit ratio
- Deal with the existing customers over calls regarding the product and convert it.
- Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal required.
- Must be good in negotiation & convincing skills.
- Must be able to Join immediately.
- Basic knowledge of different qualifications and their scope.

BBA, MBA (Any Graduate/Any PG),B.Tech.
