Job Description: SAP - Commercial Executive

Location: Azadpur, Delhi

Company Profile: Manufacturing Automotive Paints

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Half-day every Saturday)

Experience: Minimum 3 years

**Salary**: ₹27,000 - ₹34,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Order Management:

- Process customer orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with the factory and provide customer production intimation to works.
- Generate proforma/pre-invoices and arrange for the timely dispatch of materials.
- Manage logistics and transportation processes.

2. End-to-End Commercial Operations:

- Handle all commercial work from receipt of orders to successful delivery to customers.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and follow up on order completion.

3. Payment and Compliance Coordination:

- Follow up with customers for payments and reorders.
- Collect documents required for statutory compliance.

4. Marketing and Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in promoting the company’s product range.
- Provide marketing support and attend to other assigned tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce or business-related fields).
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in commercial operations.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP software is mandatory.
- Knowledge of order processing and dispatch planning.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with customers and teams.
- Strong follow-up skills for payment and compliance coordination.
- Interpersonal Skills:

- Highly organized with an ability to multitask.
- Effective team coordination and problem-solving skills.
