
Back Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Excel Data Entry**:
- Proficiently enter and manage data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting purposes.
**Documentation for Delivery Purpose**:
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for the delivery of goods or services.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless and on-time deliveries.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and provide necessary information.
**E-way Bill and E-Invoice**:
- Generate and manage E-way bills for shipments.
- Handle the issuance and processing of E-invoices in compliance with regulatory standards.
**Billing Customers or Vendors**:
- Generate accurate invoices for customers or vendors.
- Coordinate with finance and sales teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in data entry, documentation, and back-office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of GST regulations and experience in E-way bill and E-invoice processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
