Juice Maker

We're looking for a creative and skilled Juice Maker who shares our passion for crafting flavorful and visually appealing beverages that delight our customers' taste buds. As a Juice Maker, you'll play a key role in preparing and serving our signature shakes, pure squeezed juices, falooda, and smoothies with precision and care. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to our mission of promoting health and wellness through delicious drinks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of shakes, including classic favorites and specialty creations, using high-quality ingredients and following standardized recipes.
- Handcraft pure squeezed juices using fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring vibrant colors, bold flavors, and optimal nutritional value.
- Create indulgent falooda desserts, layering vermicelli, basil seeds, fruit syrups, and ice cream to perfection for a delightful sensory experience.
- Craft nutritious smoothies packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, incorporating superfoods and supplements as desired.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the juice bar area, including sanitizing equipment, washing produce, and restocking ingredients.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations on beverage selections.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new beverage offerings, participate in menu planning, and contribute creative ideas for seasonal promotions and specials.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a juice bar, smoothie shop, or similar food service establishment is preferred but not required.
- Passion for creating delicious and nutritious beverages, with a strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Knowledge of fruit and vegetable varieties, flavor profiles, and nutritional benefits, with a willingness to learn and expand culinary skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet customer demand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
