Roles and Responsibilities

- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Identify and qualify potential clients through conversations.
- Provide detailed information about the immigration services offered.
- Persuade potential clients to avail of the consultancy's services.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Information Dissemination**:

- Explain different immigration programs, visa options, eligibility criteria, and the overall process.
- Provide updates on any changes in immigration laws or procedures.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track client details and manage appointments.
- **Coordination**:

- Schedule consultations with immigration advisors or consultants.
- Coordinate between clients and consultants for document submission and other procedural requirements.
- **Sales and Target Achievement**:

- Achieve set sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed clients.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- **Documentation Assistance**:

- Ensure clients submit all necessary documents on time.
- **Training and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and sales skills.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Collect feedback from clients regarding their experience with the consultancy.
- Report any recurring issues or common queries to management for service improvement.
