**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients inquiring about immigration services.
- Provide accurate information about visa options, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes.
- Generate leads and set up consultations for potential clients with immigration experts.
- Assist in resolving client queries and addressing concerns regarding the immigration process.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they are on track with the necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain a detailed log of calls, inquiries, and client information in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and changes to better assist clients.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized advice and support.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure excellent service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service/sales role, preferably in the immigration or legal services industry.
- Strong understanding of the immigration process and visa-related procedures (training provided if needed).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Ability to engage clients and provide information in a persuasive manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
