**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development
- Technical Leadership**:

- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and GenAI-powered features.
- **GenAI Development**:

- Develop and train GenAI models using popular frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Optimize and fine-tune GenAI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- **Front-end Development**:

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end performance.
- **Back-end Development**:

- **Testing and Deployment**:

- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, product, and design teams.
- Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages.
- Experience with GenAI - Azure Open AI and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, MongoDB.
- **GenAI Skills**:

- Experience with GenAI models /Transformers.
- Knowledge of GenAI ethics and bias mitigation techniques.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

**Nice to Have**:

- **Cloud Experience**:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
- **DevOps Experience**:

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- **Data Science Experience**:

- Experience with data science tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, pandas, or NumPy.
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries.
