Job Overview:
We are seeking an SAP TPM and CRM Specialist with strong communication skills and

extensive functional knowledge of SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Customer

services environments and a solid understanding of integration between TPM and BW+IP

systems. This role involves optimizing customer relationship and trade promotion

processes to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM systems to support business initiatives and solutions.
- Integration Management: Manage the integration between TPM and BW+IP

systems, ensuring efficient data flow and process optimization.
- Communication: Leverage strong communication skills to collaborate with

stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external partners, ensuring

alignment with project objectives.
- Managed Services: Operate within managed services frameworks to deliver top tier support and solutions, meeting established SLAs and KPIs.
- Problem Solving: Utilize analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues, optimizing

system performance and delivering robust solutions to complex challenges.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes,

systems, and integration points for training and internal reference.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements

and develop effective strategies for SAP CRM and TPM solutions.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts and

solutions clearly.
- Extensive functional knowledge of SAP TPM and CRM systems.
- Proven expertise in managing integration between TPM and BW+IP systems.
- Experience working in managed services environments, with a focus on SAP CRM

and TPM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems and

processes.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with ITIL practices for service management.
- Experience managing SLAs and KPIs within a managed services framework.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and optimize SAP CRM and TPM processes

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
