Production Planning and Execution:
Schedule and plan:
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer demand.

Monitor production:
Oversee daily operations, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure efficiency:
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production flow and reduce costs.

Inventory management:
Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient materials are available for production.

Quality Control and Safety:
Maintain quality standards:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications.

Ensure safety:
Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.

Conduct inspections:
Regularly inspect production processes and equipment to identify and resolve issues.

Other Responsibilities:
Report on production metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Communicate with other departments: Coordinate with sales, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Troubleshoot production issues: Identify and resolve problems that arise during production, ensuring mínimal downtime.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives: Identify opportunities to improve processes, equipment, and procedures.

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
